Under normal circumstance, goods ordered will be delivered to customer in 2 to 7 working days from  the date of order. Should there be any inherent defects or damages found on our product, you should notify us for exchange within 3 days from the date you received the product. For damage caused by improper application, exchange or return request will not be accepted.
